After confirming the plan with the client, we dispatched planning personnel to conduct on-site inspections of the workshop and measure and confirm relevant data to understand the specific requirements of the client. Based on the on-site situation, data, and client requirements, we made a 1:1 three-dimensional construction drawing. During installation, we strictly followed the drawing and successfully completed the entire project under the supervision of the client's designated supervisors. From planning to construction, the overall approach reflects scientific selection, system configuration is approached from multiple perspectives, and construction is rigorous and scientific.
03System Instructions
1. The injection molding area and raw material area share one main central control station for feeding, which mainly controls the suction and shortage actions of the central vacuum hopper, as well as the start and stop of the fan and the feeding and cutting actions of the cutting type suction box. The operator only needs to operate the human-machine interface to complete the automatic control of the equipment; As the material supply room is a platform, the main control console is placed on the platform, and an additional auxiliary screen is installed below the platform for employees to scan codes and prevent errors;
2. There are 10 fans configured, 7 of which are used to feed the injection molding machines in the workshop, 2 of which are used to feed the drying buckets in the feeding room, and the remaining 1 is used as a daily backup, which can be quickly switched when necessary without the need to replace pipelines;
3. The system pipeline adopts a distributor, single unit single tube;
4. Raw materials/crushed materials are mixed using a proportioner;
