Luo Jianhua, Secretary General of the Environmental Chamber of Commerce of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, recently revealed at the 7th China Environmental Industry Conference that the "Ten Measures for Water" will be submitted to the State Council in the first half of this year. He also stated that according to estimates, the government will invest 2 trillion yuan in the water pollution prevention and control action plan.
