On June 6th, the training course for Indonesian technical students of Lijin Plastic Machinery officially began. More than 11 technical students from Indonesia will start a 3-month technical training (covering installation and commissioning, factory operation, and certification assessment). At the same time, Lijin Indonesia will launch on-site management training for Chinese after-sales engineers to alleviate the technical shortage of local management. The focus of this training is on the analysis of the mechanical structure of injection molding machines, programming of intelligent control systems, maintenance and optimization of molds, energy-saving and efficiency improvement plans for equipment, and in-depth participation in the entire process of injection molding machine assembly and debugging technical operations in the production workshop. Technical experts provide one-on-one technical guidance.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Xie Xiaosi, General Manager of Guangdong Lijin Plastic Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., had high hopes for Indonesian technical students and expressed the hope that through systematic learning, students would become a technical bridge connecting Lijin Group and the Indonesian market, helping to upgrade the local manufacturing industry and promote the development of the plastic machinery industry.
After the ceremony, the trainees visited the advanced production workshop and exhibition hall of the Plastic Machinery Division of Lijin Group under the guidance of the training instructor. By understanding the development process of Lijin and successful application cases throughout the industry, especially by observing up close the entire process of various injection molding machines from precision component processing to final assembly, students have gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of Lijin's technical strength and craftsmanship quality.
