The cooperation achievements of Da Rubber Industry University Research Application have won the first prize of the Ministry of Education

Recently, the "Key Technology and Application of Strengthening Transport and Extrusion in Large scale Polyolefin Transfer Process" project jointly developed by Da Rubber and Plastic Company, a subsidiary of Heavy Industry Equipment Group, South China University of Technology, Daqing Petrochemical, and Maoming Petrochemical has achieved expected performance indicators through testing and engineering verification, and successfully won the first prize of the Ministry of Education's Engineering Technology Research Achievement Award.

This project focuses on the pain points of core equipment in polyolefin processing, achieving three major technological breakthroughs: pioneering the forced continuous mixing and extrusion method of large topological curved rotors, optimizing material processing efficiency; Overcoming the challenge of extreme rheological behavior in polyolefin positive displacement plasticization and transportation, and breaking through the bottleneck of special material processing; Develop a high torque short transmission chain multi-channel synchronous drive and transmission system to ensure the long-term stable operation of the machine.
