Double axis shredder (shearing type)

Single axis shredder (soft material)
1. The overall circulation of the warehouse material allows for unrestricted feeding, high shredding efficiency, and no material jamming;
2. The spindle is specially customized with a large rotating diameter to ensure the shredding contact surface and improve production capacity;
3. The transmission components are connected by couplings to reduce vibration, protect the spindle and reducer, and prevent force loss.
4. The spindle is equipped with a fixed knife on both the upper and lower sides, which effectively cuts materials without entangling the shaft, resulting in a small size after crushing.
5. The electrical control system is independently programmed by PLC and equipped with functions such as start, stop, forward rotation, and automatic overload protection. The whole machine is automated to ensure stable and safe operation. Save labor costs.

1. The horizontal shredder is used for shredding materials that are relatively long and large, with a diameter of 250mm-1600mm and a length of 3m-9m. The material does not require cutting and can be fed in one go.
2. The horizontal shredder adopts a dual axis drive system, which operates synchronously with both axes. Compared with a single axis at the same power, it greatly improves production capacity and shredding efficiency.
3. The built-in hydraulic system pushes the material to the spindle for shredding, and is equipped with a high-precision system and a bin balancing system to ensure a smooth shredding process and reduce vibration and noise.
On the basis of safety and easy operation, the electronic control system is equipped with protective functions such as one key start, emergency stop, overload protection, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the machine and maintain high efficiency.
Plastic cleaning line
Remove oil stains, mud, chemical raw materials and other stains from materials. The entire line achieves the cleaning effect of the material, while air drying the material to ensure that the moisture content of the cleaned material can be directly granulated.
