NEO · M3320s is the high-end equipment customized and developed by Terry for BYD. The locking force of the machine reaches 33200 kN, the mold space is 2.8 meters, and the maximum load capacity of the turntable is 56 tons. It can carry ultra large two-color molds and meet the production needs of large-sized and highly complex components in the field of new energy vehicle injection molding.
Core Technology Breakthrough: Balancing Large Tonnage and High Precision
In ultra large tonnage equipment, rotational stability and precision control are often the biggest challenges. NEO · M3320s is equipped with SpinSure, independently developed by Terui ®- H-level turntable technology provides sufficient turning space for mold rotation. Innovatively adopting a dual point support structure, significantly improving the rotational rigidity and anti overturning ability, ensuring stable rotation and precise positioning of the 56 ton mold.

In terms of precision control, the machine adopts dual
servo motorClosed loop drive, the turntable rotation accuracy is controlled within 0.05 °, and the repeated positioning accuracy is ≤± 0.05mm. It can be equipped with the Tairui CoinSureTM injection compression molding process, with a control accuracy of 0.05mm, supporting three compression modes to reduce internal stress and weld lines, significantly improving the dimensional stability and optical effect of the product, while assisting in the thinning and lightweighting of the product.

EveIntelligent controller, supporting OPC UA Industry 4.0 communication protocol, can seamlessly integrate with MES system, and reserve standard interfaces for digital factories. The modular shooting platform design supports multiple screw combinations and can be expanded to three color and multi-color composite processes in the future, truly realizing multi-purpose and intelligent expansion of one machine.
It is reported that in its deep cooperation with BYD, Terry has simultaneously delivered multiple multi-component injection molding machines, including the world's largest known super large vertical turntable multi-color machine NEO · M4000v and the large electric injection table three color machine NEO · M1920v, to build a multi-component injection molding equipment matrix for automobiles covering multi-component, large tonnage, and high-precision scenarios.
