As the temperature continues to rise, the extrusion equipment is entering the key operating stage with high temperatures and large loads. In order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, while avoiding problems caused by high temperatures, Glass recommends that you pay attention to the following maintenance points:

1. Check the cooling pathway: In summer, the temperature of the cooling water is high. Please make sure to check the operation of the water pump and the smoothness of the pipeline. Use softened water or distilled water as the cooling medium, regularly clean the scale in the cooling water channels of the barrel, screw, and reducer to prevent material decomposition or component overheating due to poor heat dissipation.
1. Check the cooling circuit: During summer, when coolant water temperature is high, ensure that the pump is operating properly and that the piping is unobstructed. Use softened or distilled water as the cooling medium, and regularly clean scale deposits from the cooling channels of the barrel, screw, and gearbox to prevent material degradation or component overheating due to poor heat dissipation.

4. Inspection of the cooling system of the single screw extruder: Regularly inspect the cooling water circulation pipelines of the discharge section and the gearbox of the single screw extruder. Ensure the precise and stable temperature control of the discharge section; comprehensively check the smoothness of the cooling pipelines of the gearbox, and carefully verify whether there are any leaks, blockages, or scaling in the pipelines, to guarantee that the heat dissipation performance of the gearbox meets the standards, and prevent the failure of lubricating oil and damage to transmission components due to high temperatures, thereby avoiding equipment shutdown failures.
4.Single screw extruder cooling system inspection: Periodically check the feeding section and the cooling water circulation pipeline of the gearbox on the single screw extruder, strictly ensure the temperature control at the feeding section is always accurate and stable. At the same time, comprehensive inspection of the transmission cooling pipeline, pay special attention to whether the pipeline has the phenomenon of leakage, clogging or clogging, in order to ensure that the heat dissipation performance of the transmission meets the requirements, avoid high temperature conditions make the lubricating oil inefficient, cause damage to the drive parts and lead to machine stop problems.
5. Inspection of the cooling system of the parallel twin-screw extruder: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's water circulation pipeline to ensure no leakage or dripping; Verify the temperature in each area of the cylinder to ensure that the temperature control accuracy meets the standard; Check the sensitivity and normal operation of the solenoid valves in each section of the cylinder; Check that the water quality of the circulating water tank is clear and clean. It is strictly prohibited to use or add corrosive liquids or inorganic salt additives in the water tank; Clear and inspect the water circulation heat exchanger to ensure smooth heat exchange and stable cooling circulation.
5. Inspection of the cooling system of the parallel twin-screw extruder: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the water circulation pipeline of the equipment to ensure there is no leakage or dripping; Verify the temperature in each area of the barrel to ensure that the temperature control accuracy meets the standards; Check the sensitivity and normal operation of the electromagnetic valves in each section of the barrel; Check the water quality of the circulation water tank to ensure it is clear and clean; Prohibit the use and addition of corrosive liquids and inorganic salt additives in the water tank; Clear and inspect the water circulation heat exchanger to ensure smooth heat exchange and stable cooling circulation.
5.Check the cooling system of parallel double screw extruder:
Comprehensive inspection of the water circulation pipeline of the equipment, ensure that there is no leakage or drip phenomenon. Temperature calibration at each heating zone of the cylinder, ensuring the accuracy of the temperature control system meets the standard. Check the operating sensitivity and normal operating condition of the solenoid valve at each section of the cylinder body. At the same time, check the water quality in the circulating water tank, ensure the water is clear and clean; It is strictly forbidden to use or add to the tank corrosive liquids or inorganic salt additives. Inspect and communicate the heat exchanger of the water circulation system, to ensure the smooth heat exchange process and stable operating cooling cycle.
6. Inspection of the cooling pipeline of the three roll calender roller: Check the cooling circulation pipeline of each roller one by one, and confirm that the rotating joint runs smoothly without water leakage or jamming; Check the sealing of the pipeline and the circulation status of the cooling water, regularly replace the circulating water inside the roller, and use industrial soft water or distilled water uniformly to effectively avoid problems such as pipeline blockage, leakage, and insufficient water flow, stabilize the temperature control accuracy of the roller, and ensure the production line capacity and product quality.
6. Inspection of cooling pipelines for the three-roller calendering machine rollers: Conduct a thorough inspection of each roller cooling circulation pipeline, ensuring that the rotary joints operate smoothly without water leakage or jamming; Check the sealing performance of the pipelines and the cooling water circulation status. Regularly replace the internal circulating water of the rollers, using industrial softened water or distilled water, effectively avoiding problems such as pipeline blockage, leakage, and insufficient water flow, stabilizing the temperature control accuracy of the rollers, and ensuring the production capacity and product quality of the production line.
6. Check the cooling pipe of the batch shaft on the three-axis ball rolling machine:
Conduct successive cooling circulation pipeline inspection of each batch shaft, confirming the rotary coupling is running smoothly, without water leakage or stiffness. Checking pipeline sealing and cooling water circulation status; periodically change the circulating water inside the batch shaft, while uniformly using industrial soft water or distilled water. This helps to effectively limit problems such as pipeline congestion, leakage, insufficient water flow, maintain accuracy in the temperature control of the batch shaft, thereby ensuring the capacity of the production line and product quality.

Inspection of the cooling pipeline of the roller temperature control system: Conduct a comprehensive investigation of the cooling pipeline of the roller matching temperature control system, regularly clean the pipeline filter element, clear the heat exchanger pipeline, ensure smooth circulation of the cooling medium, normal operation of the heat dissipation device, and accurate feedback of the temperature control signal; Prevent the superposition of high temperature environment and equipment operation heat load in summer, eliminate equipment and quality failures such as temperature control failure, roller overheating, and product thickness deviation.
7. Inspection of cooling pipeline for roller temperature control system: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cooling pipeline of the roller's temperature control system. Regularly clean the filter elements of the pipeline and clear the heat exchange pipe routes to ensure smooth circulation of the cooling medium, normal operation of the heat dissipation devices, and accurate feedback of temperature control signals. Prevent the combined effect of high summer temperatures and the heat load during equipment operation, and eliminate equipment and quality failures such as temperature control failure, roller overheating, and deviation in product thickness.
7. Inspection of the cooling pipeline of the batch shaft temperature control system: Conduct comprehensive inspection of the cooling pipeline of the temperature control system supplied with the batch shaft; periodically sanitize the pipeline filter core and the pipeline switch of the heat exchanger, to ensure that the circulating coolant environment is transparent, the heat sink equipment is operating normally and the temperature feedback signal is accurate. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid high summer ambient temperature conditions combined with heat load from the equipment when operating, preventing equipment failures and quality errors such as temperature control system malfunction, overheating batch shaft or uneven product thickness.
