Senior experts from Xunke Company and Chemical Sales Company led a team to conduct technical exchanges on high-value utilization of composite membranes

In order to further tap into the potential for high-value utilization of low value renewable resources and expand the market for high-value application of composite membranes, the South China Business Unit of Xunke Company, led by senior experts from the Chemical Sales Company, recently joined forces with Beijing Institute of Chemical Industry to carry out technical exchanges on high-value utilization of composite membranes with Guangzhou Shitian and Shenzhen Green Environment, jointly opening up the path of industrial application and promoting the maximization of the utilization of renewable resources.

At the exchange meeting, Beihua Institute, Guangzhou Shitian, and Shenzhen Green Ring successively shared the preliminary test results of three sets of composite film particle samples from Shenzhen Green Ring. The system sorted out the technical bottlenecks that affect the surface appearance of injection molded parts and restrict the application scope of products due to non sortable components. Various parties held discussions and discussions on the material characteristics and application limitations of composite films, and had in-depth exchanges on multiple differentiated application paths such as composite disposable pallets, modified express cabinets, and outdoor wood grain flooring, which clarified the direction for subsequent technical breakthroughs and application scenario expansion. The attending parties have reached a consensus to establish a joint working group, establish a regular communication and linkage mechanism, and accelerate the progress of sample testing, scheme verification, and industrialization docking work.

Next, Xunke Company will continue to deepen technological collaboration and business linkage, optimize the high-value utilization plan of composite membranes, broaden market-oriented and large-scale application channels, and jointly support the high-quality development of green circular economy.
