Ensure uniform wall thickness in high-speed pipe production while meeting the performance requirements of pressure pipes.
The cooling and shaping process adopts a dual chamber and dual pump independent configuration, and the vacuum degree, water level, and water temperature can be adjusted separately, allowing the two pipes to independently complete the cooling and shaping process.
The rear end adopts dual position three track traction+planetary fixed length cutting, suitable for the production of OD63-160mm specification pipes, and can be matched with online expansion to achieve continuous cutting and expansion.
Equipped with Flexcon+control system, it realizes centralized control and management of process parameters such as extrusion, cooling, and traction, and supports functions such as data collection and analysis, equipment maintenance, etc.
