Plastic crushers, dryers, suction machines, plastic mixers, mixers, chillers, feeders, mold warmers and other auxiliary equipment are important links in the plastic production line, directly affecting the production quality and efficiency of products. Currently, domestic manufacturers are overwhelming, but the product specifications are basically within the same range, and it is difficult to compete with imported machines technically. Moreover, most imported plastic production lines are already equipped with the above-mentioned auxiliary machines when introduced, which reduces sales to a certain extent. Therefore, the competition in the domestic auxiliary machine market is fierce. The mismatch between market capacity and the number of enterprises is bound to result in this situation.
The good development prospects of the plastic processing industry will still be the driving force for the rapid development of China's plastic machinery manufacturing industry. It is expected that from 2001 to 2010, the average annual growth rate of China's demand for plastic machinery will be around 6%, and it is expected to reach 14.5 billion yuan by 2010. In the long-term plan of China's plastic industry, the average annual growth rate of plastic products from 2000 to 2005 is about 10%, and the average annual growth rate from 2006 to 2015 will reach 8%. In 2005, the output of plastic products reached 25 million tons, and it is expected that the total output of plastic products will double to 50 million tons by 2015. That is to say, the development potential of China's plastic machinery industry is great, with strong momentum, especially for some models with high technological content, good performance, and relatively moderate prices, such as ultra large, precision, injection molding machines, low-temperature, high-power single screw extruders, multi-layer co extrusion blow molding machines used for producing high resistance and heat resistance packaging materials, and blow molding machinery for industrial parts (automotive parts, etc.), all have good development prospects.
From a global perspective, the variety of plastic machinery mainly consists of three categories: extruders, injection molding machines, extrusion production lines, and blow molding machines, which account for more than 80% of the total output value of plastic machinery. Among them, plastic auxiliary machines have gradually begun to compete after the three categories of machinery.
