The system has two exclusive heating modes built-in, which can be flexibly switched according to raw materials and production conditions:
  UniStart rapid heating mode:Partition balanced synchronous heating achieves uniform thermal expansion of the hot runner, greatly reducing the start-up heating time;
  AltaStart energy-saving temperature control mode:Partition off peak heating reduces resin retention time in the nozzle, effectively inhibits degradation of thermal sensitive materials such as PC, and synchronously reduces overall energy consumption.
Paired with high-frequency thermocouple sampling, fully isolated input channels, and smooth power output, the temperature control signal is not affected by electromagnetic interference in the workshop, achieving stable high-precision temperature control of ± 0.5 ℃, reducing the defect rate from the source, and minimizing raw material waste.
E-series control card: intelligent diagnosis, stable production
As Altanium ® The core of the 6 series, the E series intelligent control card provides reliable support for temperature control and equipment diagnosis. The control cards and operation interfaces of the entire series of models are interchangeable, greatly reducing the inventory pressure of spare parts for enterprises and simplifying the process of mold replacement and debugging.
  Two specifications are suitable for different working conditions:
  E/EL four zone control card (single zone 16A):Higher regional density can reduce the overall footprint of the thermostat by up to 25%; Simultaneously compatible with various distribution board wiring schemes, providing greater flexibility in switching between different molds.
  E/EL Zone 2 Control Card (Single Zone 30A):Single zone high current output, suitable for high current splitter applications such as automobiles and large components.
  Intelligent diagnosis and fault recovery
The E-series control card integrates current and voltage monitoring functions, which can continuously monitor the operation status of molds and temperature controllers. During the startup phase, the system will perform circuit testing to identify overvoltage and heater faults; If an abnormality is detected, the device will be prevented from running and step-by-step troubleshooting guidance will be provided.
During the production process, the system continuously monitors the status of thermocouples. When a thermocouple malfunctions, the system can automatically refer to the output power of the same temperature zone or output a constant power based on historical data for continuous production, minimizing unplanned shutdowns.
