  Question:Compared to traditional plastics and ordinary biodegradable materials, what are the core competitive advantages of the company's core products made from PLA and PHA?
  Answer:
Compared to traditional plastics and ordinary biobased materials, the company's core products use biobased materials such as PLA and PHA as raw materials to achieve low-carbon sustainability from the source. The product is made based on renewable resources, breaking away from dependence on petroleum based fossil resources and significantly reducing carbon emissions on the raw material side. Secondly, the environmental attributes are prominent, and the core products have passed composting certifications such as DIN and BPI, which can completely degrade into carbon dioxide and water under composting conditions, without microplastic residues, truly achieving environmental friendliness.
At the same time, through our independently developed core technologies such as material modification and coating, we ensure that our products not only meet environmental requirements but also fully adapt to the actual usage needs of catering and other scenarios. In addition, the product has passed international authoritative certifications such as FDA certification and LFGB testing. The PLA series core products have also obtained national green design product certification and carbon footprint verification statements. The quality and safety meet global standards, which is also an important foundation for our products to enter the global market.
  Question:What practical empowerment has the "lighthouse factory" model intelligent factory created by the company brought to the development and production of biodegradable products?

Firstly, it has greatly improved production efficiency and quality control level. Digital production lines and automated warehousing have achieved automation and precision control of the production process, and the qualification rate and standardization level of product production have been significantly improved, which can stably meet the large-scale supply needs of domestic and foreign large customers. The second is to deeply practice the low-carbon production concept. The energy consumption and carbon emissions of smart factories are much lower than those of traditional factories, allowing our bio based products to form an environmentally friendly closed-loop throughout their entire lifecycle from raw materials, production to end use. The third is to achieve collaborative innovation between research and development and production. The factory provides a platform for on-site testing and rapid transformation of research and development work such as material modification and product structure optimization, accelerating the transformation of technological achievements into mature products, significantly shortening the industrialization cycle, and comprehensively improving the research and development efficiency, production efficiency, and comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises in the field of bio based materials.
  Question:Why do enterprises attach so much importance to technology research and development, leading or participating in the formulation of more than 40 national and industry standards?

Participating in the formulation of national and industry standards is partly due to the industry responsibility of enterprises. As the vice chairman unit of the Degradable Plastics Professional Committee of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, we hope to transform our years of practical experience in production, research and development, and quality control into industry standards, promote the formation of unified quality and technical specifications in the industry, and guide the standardized development of the industry. On the other hand, unified industry standards can guide the entire industry towards standardization and high-quality development, enhance the market recognition of bio based products, attract more enterprises to participate in the green and low-carbon track, and jointly promote industry upgrading.
