P Parallel Dual Material Series:Clearly present different regions
For products with clear color or material zoning, the linkage of the two sets of shooting stations, injection control, and mold positioning will all affect the consistency of the two-color boundary and batch molding.
The P series adopts a parallel layout of dual independent injection stages, with two sets of injection units controlled separately to collaboratively complete dual color or dual material injection within the same molding cycle.
The main and auxiliary injection quantities can be flexibly matched according to product requirements, and the equipment can also accommodate monochrome and two-color production, providing configuration space for different material combinations and product specifications. The square template ensures a more balanced force distribution in all four directions of the mold, providing structural support for the installation of the overall mold and the formation of high-precision products.
From injection unit configuration to template structure, the P series provides a stable molding foundation for products with clear color or material zoning.

FT/FTS series:Multiple injection directions, adapted to different mold structures
Some multi material products are limited by their structure and gate position, requiring injection of the second material from the side or above. The position of the secondary shooting platform will also affect the installation of the mold, the way of picking up parts, and the surrounding automation configuration.
FT SeIII adopts a right angled injection platform layout, with the main and secondary injection platforms completing injection from mutually perpendicular directions. The wide template and larger pull rod spacing provide more ample installation space for the mold.

The equipment can be installed with two sets of split molds or use one set of integral molds. When using split molds, the flow channel design is more direct, which helps simplify mold processing and control manufacturing costs.

FTS adopts a shoulder style layout, with the secondary injection stage arranged above the main injection stage, utilizing the space above the equipment to complete the injection of the second material, providing equipment foundation for the upper injection and corresponding mold structure.
The main and auxiliary shooting platforms can be independently controlled and combined with a servo turntable to meet the needs of multi material forming such as single-sided wrapping and local penetration. Electric melt adhesive can also be synchronized with mold opening and part taking, reducing waiting time during the molding process.

PS interlayer injection series:No need to modify the original mold, achieve interlayer injection
For manufacturers who already have mature products and existing molds, redeveloping molds will increase investment and prolong the introduction cycle of new processes.
The PS series can achieve interlayer injection without changing the original mold, allowing the existing mold to continue production and introducing a molding method using different materials for the surface and core layers.
The equipment adopts a dual injection platform layout, with a total area of about 1.2-1.5 times that of ordinary injection molding machines of the same specifications. While controlling the workshop area, it also completes the collaborative injection of two materials.
The high rigidity template provides structural support for molding stability and production yield, and the flexible mold changing design can adapt to the production needs of different specifications and styles of products.
In terms of material combination, high-quality coating materials can be used for the outer layer of the product to maintain the surface appearance and usage quality; The inner core can be made of recycled materials or high-strength materials according to product requirements. Manufacturers can adjust the material ratio between the surface and core layers according to appearance, structure, performance, and cost requirements, significantly reducing the material cost of individual products.

The selection of multi material solutions ultimately depends on the products and production itself. Material combination, mold structure, gate position, molding target, and workshop layout all affect equipment configuration.
