We collaborated with our mold partner Xiamen Jiexinda Company and silicone equipment supplier ELMET to demonstrate the innovative production process of intelligent silicone products on site using the SmartPower 120 high-efficiency servo hydraulic injection molding machine.

●Cube mold rotation technology

After the mold is opened, vertical rotation is achieved through a linear slider and rack mechanism, supporting the integration of multi cavity products and multi station processes, and improving production efficiency.

●In mold assembly function

The movable side of the mold is embedded in a pre formed eggshell through a linear arm, and after the mold is closed, the silicone injection and assembly of the eggshell inside the mold are completed. The final product can be embedded with coins, greatly demonstrating the composite molding ability of silicone and plastic.

●Precise material control

Adopting the ELMET valve controlled cold runner system, combined with the SmartPower 120 injection molding machine designed with 35 screws, the injection parameters of LSR liquid silicone and PBT 30% GF plastic materials are precisely controlled to ensure the consistency of product appearance and function.
