For products such as large infusion aluminum-plastic caps that require multi cavity precision molding, the equipment has achieved a repeated positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm in key actions such as injection molding, mold opening and closing, and ejection. The self-locking five point elbow joint structure provides a stable mechanical foundation for multi cavity molding, ensuring that the weight and size of each cavity are consistent. Faced with the process characteristics of high-pressure injection of medical products, the high stiffness injection table mechanism controls the structural deformation within 0.05mm, effectively reducing the variable interference during the injection process and further optimizing the energy consumption in the production process.
