On August 19th, 2026 Peru International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition officially opened in Lima. Donghua Machinery debuted at booth K804, showcasing a 200P parallel dual material injection molding machine and a dual color transparent cover molding solution on site.

At this exhibition, Donghua Machinery's 200P parallel dual material injection molding machine was demonstrated on-site with a dual color transparent cover. The red body and the yellow translucent area form a clear hierarchy, and the fine texture, circular structure, and dual color boundary on the surface of the product are fully presented, allowing the dual color molding effect to be visually observed on site.
Two color products not only require the combination of two materials, but also test the motion connection between different shooting stations, injection repetition accuracy, and mold positioning performance. Any deviation in any link may affect the consistency of the two-color boundary, product appearance, and batch production.

The 200P adopts a dual independent injection stage design, which can control two sets of injection units separately and complete dual color injection within the same molding cycle. The compact layout of the injection platform balances equipment space and injection accuracy, providing a more flexible molding foundation for two-color and multi material products.
