At this year's Chinaplas (April 21-24, 2026 | Shanghai, China), Kebelong will showcase its efficient plastic processing technology and professional extrusion equipment at booth F98 in Hall 2.1. Kobelon, with its high-end product equipment such as extruders, valves, and weight loss scales (Kobelon Kaichuang), as well as its Herbold Meckesheim advanced recycling system, provides independently produced system components and complete solutions for plastic extrusion processing modification and plastic recycling.

Hybrid: a reliable technology for achieving high performance
Kobelon is a pioneer in the development of tightly coupled, co rotating twin-screw extruders. The ZSK 58 Mc18 exhibited by Kobelon at Chinaplas has a specific torque of 18 Nm/cm ³, with a low energy consumption and a production capacity of up to 2500 kg/h. The transparent process section of the extruder allows everyone to observe its mixing and dispersion process clearly and intuitively. This extruder is very durable, with a high equipment start-up rate and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency). ZSK 58 Mc18 will be exhibited together with Kebei Long Kai Chuang high-precision twin-screw feeder K2-ML-D5-T35, which is equipped with ActiFlow ™ Intelligent material vibration fluidized bed for soft processing of materials.
At booth F98 in Hall 2.1, ZSK 58 Mc18 will showcase the mixing and dispersion performance of a twin-screw extruder to visitors through its transparent processing section
In addition, the smallest model of the STS extruder series, the STS 25 Mc11 experimental extruder, will also be exhibited together. It adopts a sealed design, minimizing exposed surfaces for easy cleaning, and is very user-friendly. Its production parameters can be reliably applied to other STS models, making it an ideal system for formula development. STS 25 Mc11 will be exhibited together with the K-ML-SFS-KT20 twin-screw feeder from Kobelon Kaichuang.
STS 96 has now launched the STS Mc PLUS configuration version, with a maximum specific torque (Md/a ³) of up to 13.6 Nm/cm ³, achieving a maximum capacity increase of 20% in all applications. In addition, the improvement of filling rate in the processing section and the reduction of shear stress during the blending process further enhance product quality.
In addition to the ZSK and STS series, Kobelon also offers CTE twin-screw extruders designed specifically for Asia and other emerging markets.
Plastic recycling: providing flexible solutions with excellent cost-effectiveness
Meanwhile, Kobelon and Herbold Meckesheim will also jointly showcase their rich expertise in plastic recycling technology and process solutions. Since the merger, the two companies have continuously conducted in-depth research and development, optimized and adjusted their technologies, resulting in the entire production line exhibiting extremely high efficiency in operation. At this international rubber and plastic exhibition, Kobelon and Herbold Meckesheim will showcase a simulated recycling production line. Visitors have the opportunity to see the internal core components of the recycling system and witness firsthand the technical details and efficient components of each processing step.
In addition, Kobelon will launch its new innovative system for PET recycling at the 2026 China International Rubber and Plastic Exhibition. This standardized solution for producing PET recycled materials has a processing capacity ranging from 500 kg/h to 10 t/h, ensuring extremely high product quality with excellent cost-effectiveness. This system has flexible adjustability and can be used for applications such as bottle to bottle, bottle to sheet, bottle to fiber, and pallet recycling. By combining with a solid-state thickening (SSP) reactor, the products produced by this recycling system can meet the requirements of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) or the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for PET recycled materials used in direct contact with food.
By using Kobelon's new PET recycling solution, high-quality PET recycled materials can be produced with excellent cost-effectiveness.
Feeding and conveying: precise feeding, just right
Kebelong provides a diverse range of feeding solutions for the entire industry, including screw conveyors, vibrating feeders, powder pumps, belt scales, liquid feeders, flow meters, and more. All feeding equipment can provide multiple configurations and can be flexibly combined according to specific applications. At Chinaplas 2026, the focus will be on showcasing single screw feeders suitable for free flowing granules and powders, as well as twin-screw feeders suitable for powders and additives with poor flowability.
Also on display is ActiFlow ™ Intelligent flow aid device. This device has no moving parts in contact with the material, which can effectively prevent bridging of materials with poor fluidity in the weight loss feeder, ensuring stable and reliable feeding.
The high-precision Coperion K-Tron K-ML-D5-KT35 feeder is equipped with ActiFlow ™ The intelligent flow aid device can handle materials gently and is very suitable for stable and reliable addition of various additives.
Kobelon also offers a range of mature and reliable vacuum sequential conveying solutions, including the latest generation 2400 series vacuum feeder. The 2400 series vacuum feeder can efficiently transport free flowing dry powder materials, suitable for situations such as hopper feeding or backfilling for weight loss feeders.
