Dongpeng Beverage Group's Zhongshan production base is located in Cuiheng New District, Nanlang Street, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. It was officially completed and put into operation in May 2026. This base is currently the largest and most intelligent production base of Dongpeng Beverage in China. The total investment of the base is about 1.2 billion yuan, covering an area of 180 acres, with a designed annual production capacity of 720000 tons. It mainly produces core products such as functional beverages, plant protein, coffee and tea drinks.

This time, Dayilong has created and delivered four sterile products for Zhongshan Dongpeng
PETThe production line includes three 54000 bottle/hour high-speed dry aseptic filling lines and one 36000 bottle/hour aseptic filling line. High productivity and compatibility with functional beverages, plant protein, coffee, and tea drinks, flexible switching of multiple products, suitable for the large-scale production needs of Dongpeng's full matrix beverages.
All four production lines passed the sterile verification of neutral culture medium in one go during the on-site acceptance stage, fully demonstrating the R&D accumulation and delivery capabilities of Dailon's years of deep cultivation in the sterile filling track.
Aseptic protection throughout the process, energy-saving and long-lasting efficiency improvement
The production line is equipped with Dailon's self-developed bottle blank dry sterilization system:
a) The sterilization of bottle preforms adopts a one-to-one precise filling mode, combined with the company's self-developed patented filling mechanism, to ensure that the amount of medication added to each bottle preform is uniform and stable. With extremely low drug consumption, the sterilization effect of both the inside and outside of the bottle blank can reach the 6 log standard.
b) The equipment is equipped with an online visual inspection system for injecting hydrogen peroxide vapor into bottle preforms, which can automatically identify and eliminate defective products. The entire sterilization process is safe, stable, and controllable.

Real time leakage warning ensures safety, and the circulation of acid and alkali reduces consumption and increases efficiency:
a) Filling Core
sealing elementBoth the distributor and filling valve are equipped with leak detection devices, which can immediately identify and alarm for leaks, ensuring comprehensive safety in aseptic production.
b) The recyclable acid-base solution is used to replace the disposable acid-base foam, greatly reducing the energy consumption in the aseptic start-up stage, and shortening the aseptic start-up preparation time of the production line.
The four high-speed sterile production lines of Dailong have passed rigorous sterile verification and been successfully put into operation in one go.
