01Safety first principle!
After the typhoon and rainstorm, the equipment may face the risk of ponding invasion, components being affected with damp, etc.
Do not immediately power on and start the device after it has been drained of water.
From inspection, cleaning, drying, to testing and debugging,
Every standardized operation is an important guarantee for the safe recovery and operation of equipment.
02Prepare all maintenance tools first
Small sun lighting, hair dryer, alcohol, puller, hammer, copper rod, dryer (for drying hopper) and a complete set of daily maintenance tools.
03hydraulic system
Check the oil status in the fuel tank to avoid operational risks.
According to the actual water inflow situation of the equipment,
Check if there is emulsification in the oil tank.
Check if the oil in the tank is emulsified (depending on the flooded level).
04mechanical structure
Clean and rust proof, restore equipment status.
Clean the flooded mechanical components and immediately carry out rust prevention treatment to protect the accuracy of the core structure.
05Electrical system
It is recommended to check whether there is obvious water ingress or not.

Components such as electric heating coils and lubrication pumps need to be cleaned and dried.
Check for water accumulation at the lowest point of the Changmo tube and drill holes for waterproofing if necessary.

Contactors, computer boards, switch power supplies, transformers, relays, switches, and air switches and other components need to be disassembled for cleaning and drying.
