01hydraulic system
Symptoms of high temperature
1. The viscosity of hydraulic oil decreases, causing shaking and unstable pressure during operation;
4. Long term high-temperature operation accelerates the oxidation and deterioration of hydraulic oil, shortening the service life of the oil.
countermeasures
1. Clean the oil cooler, remove scale, and ensure that the oil temperature operates within the range of 30-45 ℃;
2. Regularly clean the dust of the cooling fan of the water tower to ensure the normal operation of the fan;
3. Reasonably control the continuous operation time of equipment to avoid long-term full load operation;
4. Regularly inspect the quality of hydraulic oil and shorten the oil change cycle appropriately.
02Motor&Drive
Symptoms of high temperature
1. The temperature of the motor casing rises abnormally, and the bearing grease dries up;
2. Frequent triggering of overheating protection by frequency converters/servo drives;
3. The motor current is too high, which poses a risk of burning out.
countermeasures
1. Regularly clean the dust accumulation inside the motor fan and fan cover;
2. Ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning/fan in the electrical cabinet and reserve sufficient ventilation space around the cabinet;
3. Clean and replace the filter frequently;
4. Monitor the operating current of the motor to avoid overload production.
03Screw&Barrel
Symptoms of high temperature
1. Excessive temperature of the melt adhesive leads to material degradation and carbonization, resulting in problems such as black spots and yellowing of the product;
2. The wear of the check ring accelerates and the injection accuracy decreases;
3. The gap between the screw and the barrel increases, resulting in a decrease in plasticizing ability.
countermeasures
1. Reduce back pressure and melt adhesive speed appropriately to minimize shear heat;
2. If the shutdown exceeds half an hour, the material cylinder will switch to insulation mode;
3. Regularly check the wear of screws and check rings.
04
Electrical system
Symptoms of high temperature
1. Poor heat dissipation of the electrical box, frequent alarms and shutdowns of the driver, affecting the service life of the braking resistor.
countermeasures
1. Install air conditioning or exhaust fans on the electrical cabinet, and control the temperature inside the cabinet below 40 ℃;
2. Conduct a comprehensive dust cleaning at least once a month, with a focus on cleaning heating elements;
3. Check the tightness of the wiring terminals to prevent looseness caused by thermal expansion and contraction;
4. Sensor cables should avoid contact with high-temperature surfaces and be well insulated and protected;
5. Key spare parts (contactors, fuses, proximity switches) are readily available on site.
*Dust cleaning and terminal inspection should be carried out by professionals after power failure.
05mold
Symptoms of high temperature
1. If the mold temperature is too high, the product is prone to deformation, uneven shrinkage, and dimensional deviation;
When high mold temperature is combined with poor exhaust, there may be appearance defects such as trapped gas and burning in the deep cavity area;
3. The resistance to ejection increases, and the ejector pin is prone to getting stuck or breaking.
countermeasures
1. Regularly clean the cooling water channel to remove scale;
2. Real time monitoring of the outlet temperature of the mold temperature machine to ensure stable cooling effect;
3. Regularly add high-temperature resistant lubricating grease to the top pin area;
4. After shutdown, the cooling water circulation can be maintained first, and the mold temperature can be turned off after it drops; When the machine is shut down for a long time, the water circuit should be drained or dried according to maintenance requirements to reduce scaling and corrosion.
