　　8、 Standardized exhibition process

Enterprises should apply for the "Exhibition Application Form" from the organizing committee, fill it out completely and stamp it with the company seal before returning it;

The organizing committee reviews the qualifications of the enterprise and issues a "Booth Confirmation Letter" to lock in the booth location;

Within 5 working days of receiving the confirmation letter, pay 50% of the booth deposit to secure the booth. The full payment must be made before April 30, 2027;

After the full payment is received, the "Exhibitor Handbook" will be sent uniformly, which includes standardized exhibition setup, logistics, water and electricity, construction, and documentation;

Report to the exhibition site, set up, participate in the exhibition, and complete the dismantling on time according to the regulations.
