4、 Exhibition process and schedule
1. Registration stage
From now until June 31st: Submit exhibition application → Confirm booth → Sign contract → Pay deposit
Before July 15th: Pay the final payment for the booth, confirm the fascia board and company information
2. Exhibition time
-Special/Outdoor Equipment: August 30th to September 4th, 8:00-18:00
-Standard booth: September 3rd 8:00-18:00
3. Implementation time
-September 5th (Friday): 9:00-17:00 Opening Ceremony+Professional Audience Day
-September 6th (Saturday): 9:00-17:00, peak day for procurement docking
-September 7th (Sunday): 09:00-15:00 Negotiation Closing Date
4. Withdrawal time
The exhibition will begin at 3:00 pm on September 7th, and all venues will be cleared before 8:00 pm on the same day
5、 Exhibition hall information and supporting heavy equipment
-Address: Jining International Expo Center (227 Mengzi Avenue)
-Indoor net height: ≥ 20m
-Ground bearing capacity: 5 tons/square meter, outdoor heavy-duty area above 8 tons
-Large trucks can enter and exit directly, and lifting equipment can enter the museum for operations

6、 Exhibition, Construction, and Safety
1. Special installation height ≤ 6m, flame retardant materials must be used
2. The construction unit needs to apply for a construction certificate and pay a construction deposit of 2000 yuan
3. Advance declaration of 380V power supply for high-power equipment
4. Large machinery operations must be handled by dedicated personnel and safety warnings must be set up
5. Prohibit occupying fire exits and control noise within a reasonable range
6. Flammable, explosive, and dangerous goods are strictly prohibited from entering the site
