Material: Stainless steel (304/316L) or surface plated with hard chrome to prevent wear and tear.

Mixing container

Structure: Inverted conical or cylindrical, with a discharge valve (pneumatic or manual) at the bottom.

Capacity: 50L-5000L, depending on production capacity.

　Transmission system

Drive mode: belt drive (high-speed machine) or gear drive (low-speed machine), some models are equipped with variable frequency speed regulation.

Heating/cooling system

Heating: Electric heating tube or thermal oil circulation, used for drying or pre plasticization.

Cooling: jacket water cooling, controlling the mixing temperature.

Application field

Production of profiles/pipes: mixing PVC resin, stabilizers, and lubricants.

Film preparation: Mix PE resin with opening agent and anti-static agent.

Modified plastics: a mixture of composite materials such as glass fiber reinforced PP and flame-retardant ABS.

Recycled plastics: After cleaning, waste plastics are mixed with colorants and toughening agents to improve the performance of recycled materials.

Maintenance and Care

1. Daily cleaning: Clean up residual materials after each use to prevent cross contamination.

2. Blade inspection: Check for wear every 500 hours, and replace if the wear exceeds 2mm.

3. Lubrication system: Regularly replace the gearbox oil (every 2000 hours).

4. Heating element: Check the temperature control accuracy quarterly, and calibrate if the error exceeds 5 ℃.
