The usage method of industrial hot and cold integrated machine

Industrial integrated cooling and heating machines achieve precise temperature control by integrating cooling and heating functions, and are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals. The usage method includes preparation before operation, startup and operation, operation monitoring, shutdown operation, and maintenance. The following is a detailed explanation:

1、 Preparation before operation

  1. environment check
    • The equipment should be placed on a stable, dry, well ventilated ground or experimental platform, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment to prevent performance degradation.
    • The surrounding space should be greater than 30cm (recommended 50cm or more for air-cooled models) to ensure air circulation and avoid interference from droplets, vapors, or high-frequency equipment.
  2. Equipment inspection
    • power systemConfirm that the power cord is securely connected and free from looseness or damage; Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the equipment (with an error of ± 15%), and avoid reverse phase or phase loss (the equipment is usually equipped with protective devices, which will alarm in case of abnormalities).
    • waterway systemCheck whether the refrigerant and water circuit are unobstructed and free of leaks; Clean the inlet filter to prevent blockage.
    • thermal conductive mediumSelect the heat transfer oil that meets the equipment requirements (pay attention to the upper/lower temperature limit, ignition point, viscosity, freezing point), ensure sufficient liquid level, and avoid dry burning and mechanical damage.
    • mechanical partCheck if the pump body, motor, and transmission components are intact, and if the spray gun and nozzle are not blocked or worn; Confirm that the pressure setting of the safety valve is correct (usually 1.1 times the rated pressure).

2、 Power on operation

  1. Start the device
    • Turn on the power switch, the device display screen lights up and shows the initial interface.
    • Set the target temperature according to the process requirements: the cooling mode should be lower than the ambient temperature, and the heating mode should be higher than the ambient temperature.
    • Select the working mode (cooling, heating, constant temperature, etc.), press the start button, and the device will automatically adjust the internal temperature to the set value.
  2. Operational Qualification
    • Observe the pressure gauge to ensure stable system pressure (without significant pointer oscillation).
    • Check the cooling water system. If the pressure gauge swings too much, exhaust the air until the pressure is normal.

3、 Operation monitoring

  1. Temperature and pressure
    • Real time observation of temperature changes on the display screen to ensure it is close to the set value and stable.
    • Listen to the running sound of the pump body. If there is any abnormal noise or pressure fluctuation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
  2. Leakage and odor
    • Check if there is any water or chemical leakage at the connections of the equipment, such as pipeline joints and pump body seals.
    • If you smell an odor or notice abnormal noise, immediately shut down the machine and investigate the cause.
  3. Cleaning and heat dissipation
    • Regularly clean the surface and internal dust of the equipment, keep the heat sink unobstructed, and prevent compressor overload.
    • Avoid using in water with high mineral content and regularly clean the pipeline dirt (using water treatment chemicals).

4、 Shutdown operation

  1. Normal shutdown
    • Press the stop button to stop the device from working.
    • Turn off the power switch and cut off the power.
    • Wait until the temperature drops before shutting down to avoid thermal shock damage to components.
  2. Emergency shutdown
    • In case of emergency situations such as equipment fire or leakage, immediately cut off the power supply, take fire extinguishing or isolation measures, and contact professional personnel for maintenance.

5、 Maintenance and upkeep

    • lubricationAdd lithium based grease (No.2) to the pump body and motor bearings every month, with an appropriate injection amount of 1/2-2/3 of the bearing chamber.

    • waterway systemClean the water tank quarterly, check if the sealing ring of the water pump is aging, and replace it if necessary.
    • Electrical systemCheck the wiring inside the control cabinet for looseness every quarter and clean the dust in the electrical cabinet (using compressed air or a brush).
    • mechanical partCheck the tension of the drive belt every six months and replace the plunger pair annually (if the wear exceeds the standard).
  3. Professional maintenance
    • Every year, send a professional organization to calibrate the safety valve (ensuring that the opening pressure is 1.1 times the rated pressure and the reseating pressure is 0.9 times).
    • Regularly detect refrigerant leaks (using professional equipment) and establish management records.
