The common faults, causes, and solutions that may occur during the use of the vortex mill are as follows:
  1. Product granularity is too large
    • reasonLoosening of the V-belt leads to a decrease in transmission efficiency.
    • solutionTighten the V-belt and adjust the relevant components to the appropriate position.
  2. Abnormal body vibration
    • reasonLoose components, loose bottom corner screw caps, or bent and deformed spindle.
    • solutionCheck and tighten all components, replace the deformed spindle, and readjust the balance.
  3. Bearing cylinder locked
    • reasonExcessive heating of bearings, lack of oil or entry of dust, or damage to the bearings themselves.
    • solutionSuspend equipment rest, clean bearings and add oil, and replace damaged bearings in a timely manner.
  4. excessive current
