DEBRON door closing speed tester description
The 1052 optical speedometer is used to calculate and display speeds for various applications. This device can be used in testing laboratories, manufacturing factories, or general environments. Vehicle manufacturers use instruments to determine the appropriate speed at which the door latch, hood, or liftgate closes. One unit can be used for sliding door applications.
Feature:
1. Optical velocity measurement eliminates the precise setup required for magnetic proximity sensors
2. The unit displays measurement values in meters per second or feet per second
3. Store MAX and MIN closing force values
4. Accuracy of 1%
5. Battery powered and portable
6. Automatically shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity
7. The photoelectric sensor and arc extinguishing chamber pin components can be installed on the vacuum cup (provided with OVM)
8. Charging the battery for 32 hours
9. 3-hour charging cycle
10. Provide RS-232 port for real-time data acquisition
11. 1053 Verification Fixture
12. This verification fixture can be used to check/verify the functional operation of Model 1052 OVM and is not a calibration tool for OVM.
feature
Suitable for laboratories, manufacturing plants, and general testing. Automakers use it to check whether car doors, engine hoods, trunk doors, etc. are closed correctly. The OVM1052 door closing speedometer is specifically designed for a wide range of speed measurements. The obtained data can indicate whether the door latch, engine hood, and elevator door are normal. (Special configurations can meet special purposes, such as production line use, sliding doors, elevator doors. Please consult the manufacturer or local agent).
Technical parameters
1. Optical speed sensor measurement eliminates the tedious and strict initial setup required for electromagnetic proximity sensors;
2. Select measurement units for the front control panel: meters per second or feet per second;
3. Data storage function. Comparison between current reading and stored data; High value (open door) or low value (close door);
4. The system is battery powered and easy to carry. For convenience, installation seats are randomly provided;
5. To save power, the instrument automatically shuts off after about 5 minutes of inactivity. Press any key on the front panel to restart the system;
6. The photoelectric sensor and blocking pin component are fixed by vacuum suction cups;
7. Once charged, it can be used for about 32 hours;
8. Built in fast charging control, charging is completed in 3 hours;
9. RS232 interface with clock is optional.
10. 1053 is used to check/verify the function and operation of the 1052 door closing speedometer, and it is not used for calibration of 1052.
