1、 Advantages of flat vulcanizing machine

  1. Simple structure and convenient operation
    • Adopting hydraulic or mechanical transmission, the structure is compact, the operation interface is intuitive, and the worker training cycle is short.
    • Example: A small flat vulcanizing machine can directly control temperature, pressure, and time through buttons, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to quickly put into production.
  2. Stable sulfurization quality
    • The flat heating is uniform, and the pressure system ensures consistent thickness of the product, reducing defects such as bubbles and missing glue.
