Degradation Tester | AUTO GBDA-180 Intelligent Composting Degradation Tester

The GBDA series intelligent composting degradation tester is designed by our company based on years of research and application experience in biodegradation technology. This measurement method can automatically detect the mass of carbon dioxide released during the biodegradation process under simulated strong aerobic composting conditions, and can determine the percentage of biodegradation of degradable materials.
  Test Principle
Mix the experimental materials and inoculum, and pour them into the reaction vessel. Under oxygen composting conditions, the organic compounds of the experimental materials are decomposed by microorganisms into carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O), mineralized inorganic salts of the elements they contain, and new biomass. The final biodegradation ability of the experimental materials is determined by measuring the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted through continuous infrared analysis sensors.

1. Accurate control of experimental conditions
Built in 19 independent infrared carbon dioxide sensors ensure independent and accurate measurement results.
Each reaction vessel is equipped with independent temperature and humidity sensors, PID fuzzy algorithm intelligent control, and condensed water reflux technology to ensure the set temperature and humidity conditions during the test process.
The chamber is equipped with a built-in water tank, and the instrument can intelligently monitor the humidity of the reaction kettle in real time, automatically replenish water, and ensure that the water content requirements of the standard docking material are met during the testing cycle.
18 independent mixing systems with a three-dimensional fence design, customizable mixing cycle, mixing time, and mixing speed. Positive and negative mixing can be set to effectively prevent clumping of the inoculum during the experimental period.
2. Progressiveness technology
Intelligent airtightness monitoring, combined with high-precision brand flow meters, real-time monitoring of system sealing performance, providing suspected leakage alarm function, ensuring that each compost container can maintain sufficient aeration conditions during the testing process.
During the trial period, it supports unexpected power outages and the ability to resume testing upon receiving an incoming call.
Each channel can be freely combined, and blank, reference, and sample modes can be freely set for independent testing.
Real time display of carbon dioxide quality curve and biodegradation rate curve.
Support remote monitoring of experimental processes through mobile phones, iPads, and PCs.
3. Result validity analysis
The software contains a module for determining the validity of results, which can display the biodegradation rate of the reference material after 45 days, the relative deviation of carbon dioxide (mg)/volatile solids (g) produced by the blank container within 10 days before the experiment, and the biodegradation rate of 18 channels.
The report template includes parameters such as blank group mean carbon dioxide, theoretical carbon dioxide, generated carbon dioxide, biodegradation rate, relative decomposition rate, and time.

Customizable exhaust gas analysis module to meet different scientific research needs, such as methane, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, odor, VOC and other gas characteristic parameters.
