one Electrical part
1. Timely disconnect all power sources (control cabinet main power, electrical box air switch).
2Remove the entire electrical components inside the electrical box (recommended to be operated by service personnel) and clean them with alcohol, including power supplies, transformers, AC contactors, air switches, etc.
3All components can be fully dried and dried using a hair dryer. Firstly, clean the obvious water stains with a dry cloth, preferably with point-to-point water absorption. Then, use a hair dryer to dry, keeping a certain distance to avoid high temperature and damage to electrical components. Finally, test whether the insulation resistance value meets the requirements (usually measured in 200K range) to determine if it is dry.
4Dry electrical components must be separately powered on for inspection (operated by service personnel), and only after inspection can they be installed and used.
two Drying treatment of electric motors
1Separate the stator and rotor of the motor, dry the stator winding (it is recommended to have a professional motor repairman handle it), or use a 100W incandescent lamp to dry it inside the motor casing for about 10 hours. The insulation resistance must be ensured to be ≥ 0.5M Ω.
2Remove the motor bearings, clean them with diesel, and check if they can be used. Otherwise, replace the bearings with the same specifications to prevent rusting.
threeServo motor and control system
1Electrical components and circuit boards should be cleaned with alcohol first, dried with air, and then dried in an oven at 65 ℃ for 24 hours. (Suggest returning to the factory for repair)
2Remove the servo motor, separate the motor stator and rotor, dry the stator winding (it is recommended to have a professional motor repairman handle it), and ensure that the insulation resistance is ≥ 0.5M Ω.
Pay attention to checking whether the side cover seal of the servo motor is intact. If it is damaged, it must be replaced in a timely manner to prevent oil leakage during the operation of the servo motor. The servo motor junction box and encoder plug can be fully dried and dried using a hair dryer.
3Pay attention to the dryness of the encoder and motor stator, as well as the protection of the motor bearings, in order to prevent rusting of the servo motor.
four hydraulicpart
1After water ingress, the motor oil pump cannot be started. Starting the motor can cause water immersed in hydraulic oil to enter the hydraulic piping system of the machine, leading to corrosion of metal hydraulic components and emulsification of hydraulic oil.
2The method to check for water ingress in hydraulic oil is to open the plug at the bottom of the machine's oil tank, release a small amount of hydraulic oil, and observe whether the color of the hydraulic oil is normal.
You can use a piece of paper dipped in a small amount of released hydraulic oil to ignite it. If it cannot be ignited or there is a cracking sound during the combustion process, it indicates that there is moisture in the hydraulic oil and all hydraulic oil needs to be replaced. (Anhydrous copper sulfate can also be used to test whether it will turn blue, which indicates water content)
3After the main oil tank of the die-casting machine is filled with water, it is necessary to replace all the hydraulic oil in the main and auxiliary oil tanks. Before adding new oil, use a clean cloth to clean the hydraulic oil in the main and auxiliary oil tanks, oil cylinders, and oil pipes.
fivelubricating oil pump
1Separate the rotor, stator, pump casing, and lubricating oil tank of the lubrication pump motor. The stator winding can be dried using a blower, and the insulation resistance must be ensured to be ≥ 0.5M Ω.
If the pump casing rusts and gets stuck, mold rust remover can be sprayed into the pump casing to remove rust. The gears inside the pump can rotate flexibly, and the lubricating oil tank can be cleaned with diesel.
