Pre use inspection

During use inspection
When starting, adjust the overflow valve to a lower pressure.
2. Check and adjust the regulating pressure of the overflow valve: whether it rises and falls continuously and evenly, and adjust it to the set pressure after everything is normal.
3. Inspection of oil pump, oil casing, and electromagnet: It is normal for the oil temperature to be between 20 ° C and 50 ° C, and it is also normal for the pump casing temperature to be 10 ° C to 30 ° C higher than room temperature.
4. Oil leakage inspection.
5. Noise and vibration inspection.
6. Check the pressure gauge.
7. Check the working condition of electrical components and the reliability of safety devices.
8. Check if the fastening nuts and screws of each machine column and oil cylinder component are loose.
Check after shutdown
1. Check the oil level of the fuel tank.
2. Check all hydraulic components.
3. The position of each valve handle should be restored to the "relief", "stop", "reverse" and other positions.
4. Check whether the control switch buttons and electrical components are loose, and the sensitivity of their actions.
5. Add lubricating oil to the moving parts of the connection between the machine column and the oil containing bearing.

2、 How to perform maintenance
1. Weekly inspection of protection and maintenance items
1) Check and tighten all connecting bolts, such as elbow joints and fastening bolts for various moving parts, mold fastening and connecting bolts or screws for moving parts in the structure, limit switch fixing locking screws, etc.
2) Check the cooling pipelines and oil circuits of each system in the cooling device of hydraulic oil and smooth oil, check for oil leakage and water phenomenon, and tighten or replace the sealing gaskets appropriately if necessary.
3) Carefully inspect all smooth points and changes in grease in the oil pipeline: whether there is water mixed in the oil, whether there is metal powder or other debris mixed in the oil, and replace the smooth oil or filter it if necessary. There are still many molding machines that require the use of POM raw materials for material removal, which makes it easier to clean impurities in the pipeline.
2. Monthly inspection of protection and maintenance items
1) Check the quality of hydraulic oil and promptly deal with impurities, insufficient oil volume, or water content found in the oil. Supplement the lack of hydraulic oil.
2) Check for any looseness in the wiring of each point device.
3) Check the ventilation filter on the electrical control box, remove dirt, and if necessary, remove and clean it.
4. Clean the hydraulic oil filter screen.
5) Clean each active surface (such as the pull rod, injection seat sliding guide surface, etc.) once, and then apply new smooth oil from the beginning.
