The common faults of the three machine integrated dehumidification dryer include high dew point alarm, abnormal system operation, air pressure and mechanical component problems, sensor and control failures, refrigeration system failures, power and start-up failures, drainage and water tank problems, noise and vibration problems, etc. The following is a detailed introduction:
1、 Fault related to high dew point alarm
High return air temperature: Check the cooling water temperature to ensure it is below 40 ℃.
Wheel problem:
Improper wheel speed: Adjust the motor speed controller appropriately (usually set to 4 at the factory).
Improper regeneration temperature setting: Reset the regeneration temperature (such as setting H5 to 180 ℃ and H4 to 150 ℃).
Wheel blockage: Clean or wash the wheel.
Filter blockage: Clean or replace the filter.
Leak resistant hot air duct: Check the air duct and joints to ensure there is no air leakage.
Insufficient startup time: Wait for thirty minutes before confirming if there is a malfunction.
Wheel not running: Check if the motor, speed regulator, and belt are damaged.
Motor steering incorrect: Check if the motor is running in reverse.
Insufficient drying capacity of the system: Consider replacing the large system.
The upper and lower covers of the honeycomb are leaking: repair and replace the seals.
2、 System running abnormally
The system cannot run:
Main power switch not connected: Close the main power switch.
Timer shutdown button ON status: Reset and restart the timer shutdown button.
Motor overload or power reversal: Check if the cycling, regenerative motor, and power supply are normal.
3、 Air pressure and mechanical component issues
Air pressure system malfunction:
Damaged pressure gauge: Repair or replace the pressure gauge (normal range 0.6-0.8MPa).
Belt looseness: Adjust the tension of the belt (press down less than 10mm).
Pipeline leakage: Use soapy water to detect the leakage point of the joint, tighten or replace the seal.
Mechanical component issues:
Exhaust valve leakage: Grind or replace the exhaust valve plate.
Spring failure: Replace the spring that is too soft or broken (free length difference<2%).
Damaged cylinder head seal: Tighten the cylinder head bolts to the specified torque (usually 20-25N · m) and replace the damaged cylinder head gasket.
4、 Sensor and control malfunction
Sensor malfunction:
Temperature and humidity sensor malfunction: If E1 or E4 fault codes appear, it is mostly due to damaged temperature and humidity sensors or loose connecting wires. The sensor needs to be replaced or the connecting wires need to be checked.
Coil temperature sensor fault: If E2 fault code appears, check if the pipe temperature connection wire is loose. If it is not loose, the sensor may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
Control malfunction:
Phase sequence protection: In case of E3 fault code, when connecting the industrial dehumidifier to three-phase power, it is necessary to identify and correctly connect the neutral wire, and adjust any one of the three live wires until it returns to normal. If multiple sequences cannot eliminate the fault, it may be due to power phase loss or voltage imbalance, or a fault in the three-phase detection circuit of the circuit board, and the main control board needs to be replaced.
System high voltage protection: If E5 fault code appears, confirm whether the ambient temperature is above 38 ° C, check whether the fan is running normally, and whether the filter screen and two filters are dirty and blocked. If E5 still appears after ruling out the above possibilities, it may be a false alarm from the main control board and the main control board needs to be replaced.
System low pressure protection: If E6 fault code appears, more than 90% of it is due to a lack of refrigerant. Determine if refrigerant leakage is the cause. If there is no obvious cooling sensation on the aluminum sheets of the two units after startup, it indicates a lack of refrigerant or damage to the two units causing refrigerant leakage, and professional personnel should be contacted for handling.
Full water alarm: If E7 fault code appears, empty the water tank. If the water tank is empty but still displays E7, check if the water tank has shifted or if the magnetic switch in the water tank has fallen off or malfunctioned. If it fails, it needs to be replaced. It is also possible that the false alarm is caused by damage to the main control board, and the main control board needs to be replaced.
Main control board malfunction: If an E8/E9 fault code appears, it is mainly due to a main control board malfunction and needs to be replaced.
5、 Refrigeration system malfunction
Refrigerant leakage: Check the condensation condition of the U-shaped tube. If a leak is found, weld the interface and re vacuum the refrigerant.
Ice blockage: Blow the system with nitrogen, evacuate it, and then refill the refrigerant in a quantitative manner.
Fan malfunction: Check the fan motor and capacitor, and replace them if necessary.
6、 Power and startup faults
The machine is not running:
Power supply issue: Check the voltage of the power socket (220V ± 10%), replace the same specification fuse (usually 10A), and check the output voltage of the control board.
The full water indicator light is on: Drain the water from the tank and place it in the designated position.
Abnormal indoor temperature: If the indoor temperature is not within the range of 5-35 ℃, the protective device will activate and the machine will not work.
7、 Drainage and water tank issues
Leakage: Reposition the water tank, unclog the drainage pipe with steel wire, and replace the broken water tank.
The material is full and the suction fan continues to work:
The photoelectric switch or micro switch is in the on state: adjust or replace.
Short circuit of signal line: repair the signal line.
Mechanical failure or contact adhesion of the contactor: repair or replace.
PLC malfunction: Check and replace.
8、 Noise and vibration issues
Excessive noise:
Adjust the foot level: Ensure that the foot is level (± 1 °).
Tighten the fan blades: Ensure that the fan blades are securely fastened (dynamic balance<0.5g).
Inspect and replace damaged shock absorbers for compressor shock absorber pads.
Excessive vibration:
Check the fan and compressor: Ensure that the fan and compressor are securely fixed without any looseness.
Check the placement of the dehumidifier: Ensure that the dehumidifier is placed on a stable and sturdy ground.
