Hot cleaning

Application:
Hot cleaning is mainly used for broken PE film.
Principle: The pot is filled with hot water (steam pressure: 0.4Mpa, steam temperature: 150 degrees, it takes half an hour to heat from normal temperature to 50 degrees, requiring 120kg/h, and approximately 50m3/h during operation). About 1% NaOH and active substances are added to the water. Mixing the film with the blade to remove impurities from the material.

Detailed description:
The material in contact with the material is stainless steel, which will never rust or contaminate the material. Adopting semi-automatic control, there is no need to adjust during operation, and the volume of water is 3000KG. It takes half an hour to heat from 20 degrees to 50 degrees, so it needs to be heated in advance.
Considering that there are different types of dirt in the material and some detergent in the film, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of NaOH to remove the dirt and detergent on the film. Paired with high-speed friction washing, the water discharged from the high-speed friction washing will enter the water tank.
