3. Flat knives are suitable for the recycling and reuse of plastics such as boxes, thin pipe fittings, blow molded parts, bottles, and shells.

2、 Choose the size of the model

1. According to the size of the crushed product, a general water outlet is sufficient for defective products to enter the crushing chamber. If it is a thicker product or rubber head, it is best to use a model with one or two levels of higher horsepower for easier crushing;

2. Check the size of the crushing chamber, and the size of the crushed defective products or water outlet cannot exceed the size of the crushing chamber;

3. The production requirements for plastic crushers vary depending on the type of machine. If you are a customer who requires a large amount of crushing, you need to select the appropriate crusher based on its production capacity, provided that the product can enter the crusher. The production of ordinary plastics can be found in the specification table. When crushing mineral water bottles, plastic bags, and film products, the production is only about one-third of the minimum value on the specification table.
