Through super programming, super semi-automatic, scientific fully automatic, online printing, and manual operation, it achieves the goal of flexibly combining different functions and methods to accurately time workpieces. Both semi-automatic and fully automatic printing can be done online, and online overlapping comparison printing can also be selected. It is a transition from low-end devices to conventional devices.

Why can vibration aging machine equipment accurately eliminate residual stress in workpieces?
Because:
1. Super semi-automatic and scientific fully automatic can flexibly perform full online printing, pre vibration online full scanning, and full printing
2. The high-energy vibration aging machine equipment can flexibly set multiple effective frequencies for aging treatment of workpieces
As shown in the figure below: Beam shaped workpiece(a), The a-n curve obtained from the scan is shown in Figure (b). According to the principle of scientific vibration aging, the vibration mode analysis is carried out. It can be clearly seen from Figures (c) and (d) that the resonance frequency n1 can mainly eliminate the stress in Zone A, and n2 can mainly eliminate the stress in Zone B. The SSMN expert type vibration aging equipment can flexibly choose to process n1 or n2 or n1 and n2 according to the distribution of residual stress in the workpiece.
Fault self diagnosis, human-machine dialogue
A set of photodiode lights are designed on the vibration aging equipment panel, which can be turned on or off according to the internal program operation of the host and the overall system operation status, to indicate different states, indicate operation input parameters or instructions, or warn the operator of the machine's status, or the execution status of the aging process.
Super Programming
1. To improve efficiency, reduce vibration, noise, and motor losses, and increase the working range or protection range, password programming can be used to set the low speed value, high speed value, and overload protection current value for the system's operation. For equipment with a rated working range of 1000-10000r/min, for example, if it is known that a certain workpiece has only one natural frequency at 3500r/mi, the low and high speed values of the system can be set to 3000r/min and 4000r/min, respectively. In this way, the system will automatically and quickly stabilize at 3000r/min after startup, and age around 3500r/min. After that, it will automatically shut down when the speed reaches 4000r/min. This eliminates meaningless vibrations, noise, and motor losses in the two ranges of 1000-3000r/min and 4000-10000r/min. If it is known that a certain workpiece must be aged at 10180r/min, the low and high speeds can be set to 9600r/min and 11000r/min respectively (the motor can briefly exceed the rated speed by 10%), so that the system can only operate within this speed range. For example, if a certain peak of a workpiece is always overloaded, the overload current value can be temporarily increased (not exceeding 10% of the rated current) to complete the aging of that peak.
2. In order to facilitate the use of large motors for large items and small motors for small items, a host can match multiple specifications of exciters by entering a password through a button, which can avoid the possibility of the motor being burned out due to accidental operation by others when switching with an external switch.
3. A human-machine dialogue function has also been designed, which can inform the current status of the host, prompt the next step of work, and alarm for misoperation during programming.
4. Editable and printable work dates, process cards, etc.
5. Multiple automatic processes can be developed, including fixed amplitude process, fixed speed process, stable amplitude process, dynamic aging process, large structure workpiece processing process, multi peak processing process, and complex component processing process.
Science fully automated
The fully automatic mode refers to a function in which the vibration aging machine system automatically selects process parameters and determines the aging time based on the scanning curve under a pre entered program. The operator cannot intervene in the system or adjust the parameters before the aging is completed. They mostly find a natural frequency with a low natural frequency value in the scanned natural frequencies to age near it, or find a natural frequency with a high peak value to age near it, or age all the scanned fixed frequencies. This fully automatic method, which does not analyze the specific stress situation of the workpiece, may lead to missed, erroneous, and disorderly delivery times.
For a large quantity of a certain type of workpiece, after exploring its optimal pre vibration preparation conditions and several effective frequency, amplitude height, aging time, effect evaluation method, scanning frequency and other parameters, its parameters can be stored in the host and numbered. The automatic process with this number can automatically process the workpiece under this preparation condition in the future. This fully automatic process is scientific and practical. The function of storing and executing this process is called scientific fully automated. The peak value of its timeliness may not be a fixed frequency with a low frequency value, nor may it be a fixed frequency with a corresponding high acceleration peak value. The effective fixed frequency being processed may only be one, or it may be two or more. The fully automated scientific system also has the following functions:
