The ZJL series is a single-stage, single suction centrifugal vertical slurry pump. Adopting internationally advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and designed according to the principle of minimum loss, the geometric shape of the flow components conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing the wear of the flow components and improving hydraulic efficiency. The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of high alloy cast iron, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, thereby improving their service life.

Scope of application

Widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemical, and building materials to transport abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight of the solid-liquid mixture is 45% mortar and 60% slurry.
