Product Features

The ZJ series is a single suction, single-stage, cantilever centrifugal slurry pump. It has the characteristics of high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It can adopt transmission forms such as direct connection, belt, hydraulic, and variable frequency speed regulation, and can also be operated in series or parallel as needed. The sealing adopts power pressure reduction sealing to ensure that the slurry is not easily leaked, and mechanical sealing can also be used. The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of high chromium alloy cast iron, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, thereby improving their service life.

Scope of application

Widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemical, and building materials to transport abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight of the solid-liquid mixture is 45% mortar and 60% slurry.
