ZHX breathing valve

The ZHX breathing valve body is made of stainless steel, high-quality aluminum alloy or cast iron, with light weight and good corrosion resistance. The sealing surface between the valve plate and valve seat is made of engineering plastic or aluminum. When the valve is closed, the sealing performance is good and meets the ANSI B16.104VI standard. The valve plate, valve seat, and fire-resistant layer are made of stainless steel, which has good fire-resistant performance. The overall structure is designed according to the principle of self-reliance, with superior explosion-proof performance.

The product function purpose

Petroleum products or other chemical solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, crude oil, benzene, toluene, ethanol or liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen and other media are often covered with a layer of nitrogen gas as a protective gas above the finished liquid in the storage tank during the production or storage process. This product is used in conjunction with our factory's nitrogen sealing device or commander operated self operated pressure regulating valve (see product manual for details) to prevent the finished liquid or work in progress from deteriorating due to contact with air. But it can also be used alone in certain situations.

When injecting liquid into or transporting liquid from a storage tank, or due to changes in ambient temperature, it can affect the gas phase coating and pressure fluctuations inside the storage tank. After installing and configuring the breathing valve, it can quickly eliminate pressure fluctuations caused by the above reasons and maintain a constant pressure in the storage tank.
