Regarding the product:
(1) Needle roller/thrust cylindrical roller bearings are precision components, and their use must be carried out with corresponding caution. No matter how high-performance bearings are used, improper use will not result in the expected high performance.
(2) During the installation process, the installation force can only act on the bearing ring to be installed. Do not apply installation force to the rolling elements. The advantages of the bearing can only be demonstrated when used in conjunction with INA precision locking nuts and applying the locking torque given in the dimension table.
(3) The preload of needle roller/thrust cylindrical roller bearings must be achieved through precision locking nuts. If the recommended precision locking nut is used to pre tighten the bearing through the inner ring of the bearing, the pre tightening force must be applied according to the locking torque provided in the dimension table or the bearing friction torque provided in the dimension table. The locking torque provided for different bearings is only used for the listed INA precision locking nuts.
(4) To counteract deformation, it is recommended to tighten the nut with twice the locking torque MA and then loosen the nut. Tighten the nut with the given MA value. Finally, tighten the precision locking nut by tightening the screw.
