The YWJ automatic mixing submersible pump and QGYW cutting submersible pump are the new generation of environmentally friendly products developed by our company based on ordinary unobstructed submersible sewage pumps. The YWJ automatic mixing submerged pump adopts an automatic mixing device, which rotates at a high speed with the pump shaft, producing extremely strong mixing force. The sediment in the sewage pool is stirred into suspended solids, which is sucked into the pump and discharged, improving the anti blocking and sewage discharge capacity of the pump, reducing the sedimentation in the sewage pool, reducing the operating cost of the pump unit, and having obvious progressiveness practicality. QGYW uses fiber shredding to make it smaller before entering the pump for discharge, greatly improving the pump's non clogging performance and making the operation of the pump unit safer and more reliable.

Explanation of the structural characteristics of YWJ automatic mixing submersible pump
1. Adopting a unique dual channel unobstructed impeller structure, it improves the flow capacity and discharge capacity of sewage
2. YWJ starts the automatic stirring device of the homogenized liquid submersible pump, which rotates at high speed with the pump shaft, generating extremely strong stirring force. The sediment in the pool is stirred into suspended matter and then sucked into the impeller for discharge, achieving the effect of self dredging.
3. The YWJ automatic mixing submersible pump divides the base into two parts with a partition, so that mixing and water inlet do not affect each other.
4. The automatic cutting device of QGYW cutting type submersible pump rotates at high speed with the pump shaft. A sharp cutting blade made of special material is used at the inlet of the impeller to cut up the large particles or fibers sucked towards the impeller and then suck them into the impeller, enhancing the non clogging performance.
5. The pump unit adopts a double end mechanical seal, which is kept in the oil chamber for a long time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the water pump.
6. The pump industry power seal with a secondary impeller structure not only has an auxiliary sealing function, but also protects the mechanical seal; Balancing axial force and extending the service life of bearings.
7. The pump unit is a vertical structure, compact in structure, easy to install, and the pump body is placed in water during operation, making it easy to start. It can be equipped with a liquid level automatic control cabinet according to user needs, which can automatically control the start and stop of the pump unit according to changes in the required liquid level, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.
8. The pump unit has two structural methods: single tube and double tube, which are installed in circular and square plates respectively. It can also be produced according to customer requirements.

1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.
3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.
4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
