The YW submersible sewage pump is a vertical submersible structure. During operation, the pump body is immersed in water, and the depth of the liquid can reach 0.5-5m. Pump usage method and precautions

Before using the pump, carefully inspect the pump and motor for any damage Check the tightness of fasteners.

4. Unless otherwise specified, the water pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the current Ensure the normal operation of the water pump

5. Do not operate the water pump in a low head state for a long time (generally, the head used should not be less than 60% of the rated head) It can be controlled within the recommended range of head The motor of the waterproof pump was burned out due to overload

Maintenance and upkeep

1. The water pump should be managed and used by a dedicated person Regularly check the circuit and operation of the water pump.

2. After each use, especially for thicker and more viscous slurries The water pump should be placed in the cooling water and run for several minutes Prevent sedimentation inside the pump Ensure the cleanliness of the water pump.

3. Under normal conditions The pump should be filled or replaced with oil (10-30 # oil) in the oil chamber every 300-500 hours of use Keep the mechanical seal in good lubrication condition Improve the service life of mechanical seals.

The sealing ring between the impeller and the pump body has a sealing function If the sealing ring is damaged, it will directly affect the performance of the pump If necessary, it should be replaced.
