The YSR series three blade Roots blower is a new product developed using new technology. This machine adopts a new type of wire on the impeller to further improve the overall insulation efficiency and volumetric efficiency, making it a fan with particularly excellent air volume and pressure characteristics. The so-called excellent efficiency refers to the reduction of the heat generated by the fan itself, that is, the temperature rise value decreases. The exhaust pressure of various models used in a dry state can reach 0.8kgf/cm2. The spiral shape is a fixed spiral method above 20 ℃. The intake and exhaust shielding wires of the casing are cut into the spiral, and the triangular intake and exhaust ports formed by the smooth surface lines at the top of the rotor are sequentially opened by the rotation of the rotor.

The YSR series three blade Roots blower is a new product developed using new technology. Spiral shape is a fixed spiral method above 20 ℃. The intake and exhaust shielding wires of the casing are cut into the spiral, and the triangular intake and exhaust ports formed by the smooth surface lines at the top of the rotor are sequentially opened by the rotation of the rotor.

The air inlet and outlet of this fan do not open or close instantly like old spiral fans, so the operating sound is extremely low and there is almost no exhaust pulsation.

Due to its three bladed linear rotor design, it does not come into contact with each other like a helical rotor due to slight axial displacement. Therefore, it is sufficient to ensure the gap between the rotors only on the cross-section. There is no need to add axial displacement like a rotor spiral, which would result in excessive clearance. The efficiency of this type of fan is much better than that of a rotor screw fan of the same size.

Due to the special shape of the rotor, it is easy to maintain the mutual clearance between the rotors, which further improves efficiency.

Due to the use of precision CNC machine tools for mass production of rotors and the adoption of comprehensive measures for precision management, there is no performance error between each fan. In addition, the rotor has been in a balanced state during the manufacturing process. So, the rotor will not have residual small imbalances like in the past. This machine has almost no vibration.

By using the highest level drive gear, not only does it extend the lifespan, but it also achieves low noise. This gear is made of special Cr Mo steel that has undergone appropriate quenching treatment and is manufactured strictly according to JISI grade gear precision grinding. Therefore, in the future, the adverse interference from gears on the product will be completely eliminated.

The output air is clean and free of any oily dust. There is no need for oil lubrication inside the casing, and a structural design is adopted to prevent bearing and gear oil from mixing into the interior of the casing.
