It is composed of one main machine (mask forming machine) and two ear strap welding machines (external ear straps), connected by a one to two conveyor line. It can achieve a fully automatic production process from coil feeding, folding and pressing forming and slitting, ear belt feeding machine welding, and unloading.

1. Introduction to the functions of the mask body machine
The one to two fully automatic flat mask production line adopts advanced design. Only the production raw materials need to be installed on the feeding rack, and after modulation, the machine realizes automatic production. Only one person is needed to operate the packaging, fully realizing the full process automation production. The equipment adopts ultrasonic welding method, which is aesthetically pleasing, hygienic, and environmentally friendly.
The production capacity is 100-120 pieces per minute, with adjustable nose bridge length and a product size error of ± 1mm. Multiple specifications of mask sheets can be achieved by replacing some molds according to demand. This machine can produce various non-woven masks, smooth cloth masks, gauze masks, activated carbon masks, double nose line masks, etc. Support the production of 1-5 layers of non-woven mask sheets.
