Process: After coming out of the oven, it is sent to the bottle sorting station of the XKGS filling and plugging machine, where it is sorted into an orderly single row state, and then pushed into the synchronous belt bottle conveying block by a pulley. It passes through the front nitrogen flushing, filling, rear nitrogen flushing, plugging and pressing stations in sequence. At the filling station, the bottles are tracked and filled to achieve the filling and nitrogen protection of the medicine solution. There are 12 volumetric pumps (glass, ceramic, stainless steel) for filling, which are driven by servo and can be adjusted uniformly or individually. After filling, the bottle is pushed into the middle wheel by the bottle wheel, and the bottle is transported to the bottle holder in the plunger wheel by the middle wheel. The bottle holder is controlled to move up and down by a cam and rotates together with the plunger wheel. The bottle holder rotates and rises in a regular manner, and the filled bottles rise together. The rubber stopper, which is sucked by the stopper wheel, is inserted into the bottle mouth. After the stopper is pressed, the bottle descends with the bottle holder and turns into the bottle outlet wheel, which is then pulled into the bottle receiving bucket. The rubber plug is sorted by electromagnetic oscillation of the plug hopper, and then enters the pressure plug wheel along the track and is attracted by it, rotating synchronously with the pressure plug wheel.
