The semi-automatic bottle blowing machine adopts direct pressure, microcomputer control, and two-step bottle blowing. The main blowing tube blanks include PET mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, medicinal plastic bottles, pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, etc. The gas path is designed to separate gas from blowing, using low-pressure (0.4-0.8Mpa) mold clamping, locking, sealing, stretching, and high-pressure (3-3.5Mpa) blow molding forms. The gas-liquid locking structure not only ensures smooth clamping and locking actions, but also ensures the safety of the mold and the quality of blow molding, thereby saving bottle forming materials.
