Working principle and basic structure:

This machine can be divided into five parts according to its function and structure:1.Tab lifting part;2.Spray isolation agent system;3.Conveying air cooling part;4.Conveyor device;5.Cutting device.

The continuous film from the tablet press is led to the lifting conveyor belt, and the film is lifted to the end of the steel mesh belt above the air-cooled part of the conveyor by the clamping effect of the clamping belt. The film is conveyed forward by the weight of the film and the movement of the steel mesh belt. The steel mesh circular conveyor belt has five layers from top to bottom, and the film moves around on the surface of the steel mesh belt. It is cooled by fourteen sets of fans and then removed from the bottom end of the mesh belt. It is then led to the top of the cutting device by the conveying device. The film is cut between the roller knife and the fixed knife by the weight of the film and the baffle guide, and then sent out by the conveyor belt.

A spray isolation agent system is installed at the lifting part of the joint, which sprays isolation agent onto both sides of the film through spray heads and spray pipes.

Features:

1.This machine is easy to operate and reduces labor intensity. Compared with the hanging film cooling machine, it eliminates the process of extracting the adhesive head during film unloading, and can smoothly transport and cool shorter films;

2.The conveyor belt is a circular guide flat belt made of rubber material sandwiching polyester fabric, with high strength, aging resistance, and no deviation during operation;

3.The steel mesh belt for conveying the air-cooled part is made of stainless steel wire on the mesh surface and conveyor chains on both sides, with a long service life and no deviation. The film can be cooled by wind on both sides of the mesh belt;

This design greatly increases the heat dissipation area of the isolation agent, avoiding overheating of the isolation agent;

6.The isolation agent box is equipped with a mechanical stirring isolation agent device, which is powered by a continuously variable transmission with a motor and a first stage reduction, making it convenient for users to prepare isolation agents;
