working principle
The measuring diaphragm located at the center of the sensor is a constant elastic element, and the medium pressure is transmitted to the central measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm and the filled oil, causing displacement deformation. Its displacement is proportional to the displacement on both sides
The pressure difference is proportional, and the displacement deformation of the central diaphragm under pressure forms a capacitance difference signal on the capacitor plate. The electronic components convert the capacitance difference signal into a two-wire 4-20mADC current signal
