Introduction to Production Line:

The wood plastic foam door panel production line mainly uses PVC and wood powder to produce integral door panels, building templates, cabinet door panels, window sills, wall skirts and other wood plastic panels. This production line can design different product densities according to different board sections and different uses of boards. Different specifications of wood plastic special twin-screw extruders and wood plastic special single screw extruders can be used, and corresponding auxiliary equipment such as vacuum forming tables, traction machines, transverse cutting machines, and flipping platforms can be configured. By replacing different molds, different specifications of wood plastic panels can be produced. The tractor adopts our company's unique technology, which works smoothly, has good reliability, and has high traction force. Vacuum shaping adopts a special enlarged eddy current cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping, in order to meet the production characteristics of wide width wood plastic panels. The horizontal cutting device is synchronized with the traction speed of the board, designed reasonably, runs stably, can automatically cut to length, and is equipped with a dust recovery device.
