Overview

The industrial fixed helium analyzer uses the principle of thermal conductivity detection, and the core detection component is a constant temperature thermal conductivity sensor with temperature compensation function. Encapsulated in a sturdy, weather resistant casing. It is powered by rechargeable batteries and uses built-in pumps, flow control valves, and flow meters to control and monitor the sample gas passing through the analyzer.

The fixed helium analyzer has a protection level of IP66 and is equipped with built-in water vapor and dust filters to prevent damage to sensors and instruments caused by water vapor and dust.

Built in pump suction measurement, integrated with water vapor and dust filters, can be equipped with professional accessories for high temperature, high humidity, and high dust environments, with rapid response; Special road design, with a sampling distance greater than 10 meters.

The 3.5-inch high-definition color screen displays real-time information such as concentration, alarm, time, temperature, humidity, storage, communication, printing, battery level, charging status, etc. The menu interface uses high-definition simulation icons to display the function names of each menu.

Large capacity data storage function, supporting 100000 pieces of data storage capacity, and larger capacity can be customized. Optional USB or SD card storage function is available, supporting real-time storage, timed storage, or only storing alarm concentration data and time. It also supports local viewing and deletion of data. Data can be uploaded to a computer through USB, infrared communication, RS232 interface, and analyzed, stored, and printed using upper computer software.
