The spray dryer is mainly applicable to the production of particles or powders in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises. It has broad spectrum applicability for all solutions, such as emulsion and suspension. Especially for the drying of heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, pesticides, enzymes, etc., it can easily powder liquid samples in an instant. There are two common ways of laboratory spray drying: airflow atomization and centrifugal atomization. To meet the needs of customers for the extensiveness of spray drying technology and the preciseness of scientific research, NAAI needle has developed a spray dryer that is compatible with the two atomization modes of centrifugal airflow, so as to meet the diversified needs of scientific researchers.
Main features
1. The whole machine is made of SUS304, with a compact design. The machine buttons, thermometers, air pipelines, etc. are all designed with ergonomics, allowing for quick insertion and removal, and user-friendly operation;
2. Adopting PLC control and a 7-inch touch screen for one click full control, it can achieve display and control of inlet air temperature, outlet air temperature, frequency conversion, feed pump, searchlight, data recording, alarm and overload protection, etc;
3. Electrical standard production, from air to contact, from relay protectors to button switches, using original electrical standards from Chint/Delixi to ensure the safety, stability, and service life of the equipment;
4. The equipment adopts a high-power customized heater, and adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology in the design of drying temperature control, ensuring accurate temperature control throughout the entire temperature range, with a heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃;
☆5. One machine with dual atomizing heads (centrifugal atomization+air flow atomization) can be selected, which facilitates the study of the differences in different atomization methods for the same material and is conducive to the development of new processes;
6. We have introduced the inlet vortex shell and hot air distributor technology from Neru Company to achieve better hot air distribution and drying effects, and solve the problem of material inversion;
☆7. The drying chamber adopts a seamless sandwich structure with 50mm glass fiber insulation cotton to reduce heat loss. The inner wall is polished to prevent powder accumulation and adsorption, and real-time pressure monitoring is carried out;
☆8. Three point material collection to improve product recovery rate, drying tower bottom (cone vibration assisted feeding), multi-stage cyclone material collection, and fully automatic pulse vibration dust removal material collection with pressure difference monitoring table;
9. By using a foldable filter cartridge for filtration, the dust removal filtration area is greatly increased, and fine dust particles with a diameter greater than 1 micron can be captured. The air purification efficiency can reach over 99%, improving the environment and contributing to environmental protection;
10. The equipment is movable, with a split design and a brake wheel at the bottom. All pipelines are quick opening, making cleaning, loading, and unloading more convenient;
