In addition, necessary straight pipe sections need to be retained between the flowmeter and fittings such as water pumps and valves.
The flowmeter must be connected to the flange and gasket in a concentric position along the direction of water flow.
The installation position of the flowmeter should be chosen as low as possible in the water system to prevent gas accumulation in the system at the position of the flow sensor, which may affect the measurement.
